My motto is &#8220;You can&#8217;t judge a book if you did not read it&#8221;. That being said, when I was about 24 years old it was very easy to lose and gain weight&#8230;the situation has changed now (I am 32).</p>
<p>In keeping with my motto of reading the book before judging, I started implementing some of the FBF techniques. Initially, I thought that once you worked out hard enough, whatever you ate just melted away. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Reading your info showed me I was wrong. The testimony is that&#8230;IT WORKS&#8230;.IT FREAKING WORKS!!</span>. I have seen gains although I must admit that I have not been as dedicated as I should be. Your last newsletter about motivation brought a whole new realization to me and I have resolved to tackle the situation with warrior-like attitude. Thanks man.&#8221;</p>

Last year I hired a personal trainer &amp; spent way  too long on the treadmill &amp; doing other than ideal forms of  exercise&#8230;I practiced &amp; implemented loads of techniques &amp;  strategies all with varying results &amp; in my constant &amp;  consistent quest to find the perfect way to achieve my goal I came  across your site/system &amp; knew instantly this was exactly what I had  been searching for. Your system tweaked &amp; enhanced 35 what I hoped  to be true.</p>
<p>As I read the 15 foods to eat &amp; not eat I implemented it straight  away, <strong>with that alone I lost 5cm (2 inches) off my hips in 2 weeks  (no exercise!).</strong> I also want to mention as I was eating very healthy  before reading your system, but after tweaking <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>my energy went thru  the roof with your diet adjustments.</strong></span> The other thing I now find  fascinating is when you treat yourself to food you use to eat all the  time &amp; feel exactly what it does to your body is amazing&#8230;most  people are walking zombies!
